Week 1: Nail Your Idea + Audience

Stop guessing. Pick one specific person with one specific problem, then choose a product you can build fast that solves one bite-sized piece of that problem.

Week 2: Build Your Simple Offer

With proof that people are interested, you’ll turn attention into a real offer and a sales page that does the talking, so you don’t have to.

Week 3: Launch, Learn, and Improve

You'll launch, get real data from real humans, and improve the offer in public, instead of endlessly “tweaking” in private like a caffeinated raccoon guarding their trash treasure.

What’s Inside the Roadmap?

The 3-Week Auto-Pilot Product Roadmap gives you a clear, step-by-step framework you can reuse for every new product idea.

  • A simple structure for going from “idea” to “live product” in three weeks.
  • Prompts and questions to define the problem, refine your product, and understand what your audience truly wants.
  • A process for validating ideas with a free offer or landing page before you commit.
  • Guidance on turning free content into a paid product with more depth and value (like turning a blog post into a paid masterclass).
  • A straightforward launch approach you can repeat: email, social posts, and ads that push people to your sales page.

Turn one idea into a sellable digital product in 21 days—and build a system you can reuse for every product you create next.

Hi, I’m Björgvin—But You Can Call Me B.

I’m an author, educator, and entrepreneur with over 15 years of experience running a seven-figure online business in the music industry. I’m also the Entrepreneur-in-Residence at the McGuire Center for Entrepreneurship at the University of Arizona and Mentor-in-Residence at the UA Center for Innovation. My work has been featured in The Huffington Post, MusicTech Magazine, and at the TENWEST Impact Festival and Phoenix Startup Week.

Since 2009, I’ve built and grown my online business from a simple blog making a few cents to a seven-figure brand—primarily through digital products.

Now, I want to help you do the same.

The core mission behind my work is to teach creative entrepreneurs like you:

  • How to market & sell without feeling sleazy
  • How to overcome imposter syndrome & grow with confidence
  • How to build a sustainable business in today’s digital landscape

A FEW BRANDS AND ORGANIZATIONS I'VE WORKED WITH

What Do People Gain From Working With Me?

"...helps me a lot by giving me ideas and direction on how to organize, monetize and implement my online platform"

"With his online business experience and achievements, Björgvin has been a real model to follow. The content he provides is phenomenal and helps me a lot by giving me ideas and direction on how to organize, monetize and implement my online platform as an artist and entrepreneur. He helped me tweak the sales page copy for my first online course launch I did via email and it wouldn't have been the same without him."

"dramatically changed my business...the benefit to my business was just bananas."

"Like most audio engineers, I tend to be a little more audio-nerd than entrepreneur. Because of this, I frequently have "small business blind spots" which Björgvin has helped me to see and overcome. When he speaks, I take notes. His advice on writing and email marketing has dramatically changed my business. I don’t think anyone has anywhere near as much experience as he does...You have had a huge impact on me learning how to write decent emails and the benefit to my business was just bananas...from random people that had forgotten about me. It was weird how it instantly worked!"
